About me

I am a licensed clinical social worker and psychotherapist with advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).  My work is grounded in the belief that our emotions and relationships are central to how we heal, grow, and make sense of our lives.

I approach therapy as a collaborative process.  I'm active, engaged, and deeply respectful of the courage it takes to show up honestly.  My role is to help you better understand your emotional world, recognize patterns that may no longer be serving you, and create space for new experiences of connection and security.

My Approach

Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) guides much of my work with both individuals and couples.  EFT is an evidenced-based approach that focuses on emotions, attachment, and the ways we connect with others.  Rather than simply addressing surface-level behaviors, we work to understand the deeper emotional needs and patterns driving them.

Therapy with me is:

Warm and nonjudgmental

Thoughtful and emotionally focused

Collaborative and goal-oriented

My work is grounded in the belief that meaningful change happens through understanding—of yourself, your emotions, and your relationships. Whether we’re exploring personal patterns in Individual Therapy or strengthening connection and communication in Couples Therapy, our work is collaborative, intentional, and paced with care. The services I offer are designed to support deeper insight, emotional clarity, and lasting growth—meeting you where you are while helping you move toward where you want to be.
