About me

Finding the right therapist is an important decision.  You may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck in patterns that don't seem to change, or disconnected from yourself or your partner.  Therapy can be a place to slow down, feel understood, and begin making sense of what's happening beneath the surface.

I am a licensed clinical social worker and psychotherapist providing mental health counseling for individuals and couples.  My work is grounded in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), an evidence-based approach that focuses on emotions, attachment, and meaningful connection.  I help my clients better understand themselves, improve relationships, and create lasting change.

My approach

My approach to psychotherapy is warm, thoughtful, and collaborative.  I work actively with clients while honoring their pace and values.  Rather than focusing on only symptoms, therapy centers on understanding emotional experiences and relational patterns that shape daily life.

A Good Fit

I work best with individuals and couples who are seeking depth, reflection, and meaningful change.  If you're looking for a therapist who is engaged, emotional focused, and authentic, we may be a good fit.

Therapy for Individuals

Individual therapy offers a supportive space to explore anxiety, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, and emotional or behavioral patterns that may feel hard to break, Through therapy, we work toward greater self-awareness, emotional clarity, and resilience.

Couples Therapy

Couples therapy focuses on strengthening emotional bonds and improving communication.  Using Emotionally Focused Therapy, I help couples identify unhelpful cycles, deepen emotional understanding, and build more secure, connected relationships.
